The IeDEA-CA network was established in 2011 and currently includes 18 partners in Burundi, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Republic of Congo and Rwanda. The project is implemented in Cameroon by CRENC. SITE MANAGEMENT We appoint a full-time, highly qualified clinical research coordinator at each study site to assist and support the investigators and site staff with all study related activities. REGULATORY SUBMISSIONS We help sponsors get quick National Ethics Committee approvals amongst other approvals. CLINICAL MONITORING Our clinical monitoring team has thorough knowledge in international GCP guidelines and are proactive in dealing with other research teams. AUDIT Our Audit functions in an advisory capacity, providing information, analysis and guidance to research personnel. We make sure it is in compliance with the protocol, the GCP and sponsor’s SOPs. FEASIBILITY STUDIES Our Network Inventory evaluates the feasibility request for a project at a particular site, assisting in timely decision making. MEDICAL WRITING We documentation that will help to achieve their goals. We have proficiency to communicate complex clinical data in a concise and unambiguous manner.
